Staff Spotlight: Leah Anfang
Leah Anfang, a senior at the College of St. Benedict (CSB) studying Communications and Sociology, has recently joined the Rapp Strategies Inc. team as an intern for summer 2022.
As a student at CSB, Leah is focusing her Communications study on marketing media and advertisement. She is looking forward to advancing her skills as she works with the RSI team on a variety of communications projects, including social media planning and writing, research and graphics.
“I am grateful to have the opportunity to be an intern at Rapp Strategies and am excited to learn from professionals about a wide range of topics and how RSI creates value for their clients.”
Prior to her internship with Rapp Strategies, Leah has worked at a boutique part time while pursuing her bachelor’s degree which she plans to complete next spring. She also spent the second half of her junior year studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland while attending Dublin Business School. While in Dublin, Leah interned part time with the online retail company Designer Room, where she performed market research, competitor analysis and advertising support.
“I am looking forward to growing personally and professionally this summer. I keep reminding myself that it is okay not to know everything right away - that’s exactly why I am here.”

One of my favorite things to do is listen to podcasts and go on walks around my neighborhood. I keep up with a few weekly podcasts but am always on the lookout for new ones to listen to. In the summers, I like to play golf with my friends and family – it’s a great way to relax. You can also find me hanging out with my friends on the weekends or going to a friend’s cabin.

I am fascinated by true crime documentaries and would watch them all day long if I could.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
To not take criticism from anyone you wouldn’t ever go to for advice.

Tik Tok, it keeps me entertained when I’m bored.
What is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
