Rapp Strategies, Inc., a strategic counsel and communications firm specializing in issue and reputation management challenges, is looking to add one or more new members to its account team. We work with interesting companies, trade groups, nonprofits and government agencies. Our specialty is our strategic thinking, helping organizations navigate complex issues, mitigate risks, build reputation capital, and leverage big ideas to accomplish their goals. 

Based in the Twin Cities, we are seeking entry to mid-level professionals with strong writing and organizational skills and a collaborative spirit. Working collaboratively our account and leadership team, you will be asked to produce high-quality work that supports clients' objectives.

At this time, we are considering multiple roles to fill. Some of the skills and experience that Rapp Strategies has found to be advantageous includes:

  • Distinguished writing that is appropriate to the medium and audiences

  • Management of multiple projects or tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency across social media platforms

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of software, design programs (such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva) and/or website platforms (such as Squarespace and WordPress)

  • Media or media relations experience

  • Understanding of research design and analysis

  • High attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn and grow
